Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll have full access to every feature during the trial.
How accurate is the roof area measurement?
Our satellite-based measurement is typically within 3–5% of a manual measurement. Accuracy depends on image resolution and roof complexity. For complex rooflines we recommend verifying on site.
Can I use my own domain for the embed?
Yes. Add your domain in Developer → Tool Scripts. Only requests from that domain will be allowed to load your widget.
What happens to my leads if I cancel?
Your data is yours. Before canceling you can export all your leads and quotes as a CSV. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation.
Do you offer a white-label option?
Yes, white-label (including removing all RoofSell branding) is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact sales for details.
Is RoofSell HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant?
We are not a healthcare platform, so HIPAA is not applicable. SOC 2 Type II certification is on our 2026 roadmap.
